Blake Collins, PTA, is a Physical Therapist Assistant at the RehabVisions outpatient therapy clinic in McAlester, Oklahoma. A lifelong resident of Stigler, Oklahoma, Blake is passionate about helping patients of all ages improve their mobility, confidence, and quality of life through compassionate, individualized care. Blake earned his Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Carl Albert State College. He is LSVT BIG® Certified, providing specialized therapy for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions to help improve movement and independence.

Known for his positive attitude and sense of humor, Blake enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and making therapy both encouraging and enjoyable. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, going to the beach and finding opportunities to make people smile.
